MQ Ballet 45 min instruction once per week at the designated school.
Registration Notice: Cancellation policy requires a minimum of 10 calendar days notice prior to the next billing cycle, which is the 1st day of each month.
** Parent Notes for Uniform:
July 1, 2025 thru August 15, 2025: Requires athletic wear, no skirts.
August 18, 2025 thru December 19, 2025: Uniforms are required - lavendar leotard, skirt, pink tights & ballet shoes.
